What I Do

George is a well-known speaker who helps senior leaders, executives and HR practitioners hire better, faster and, hire better people at every level.  His passion and experience come through loud and clear, driving home the message that “You can’t see Talent!” every time he speaks.  His audiences leave with lessons on achieving the one competitive advantage they need to thrive – talent, and how to achieve a “talent mindset.” Unlike many speakers, George’s passion, his fire, for talent derived from his time in the US Army – where the best teams win and having “A-players” in every role matters.  Attendees to his speeches come away with a clear methodology for “defining success” in their companies and teams, building a process that allows them to “assess and select talent” and how to best sell themselves to an ever-changing labor market.

Why is talent so important?

The #1 determinant between  success and failure is people.

It always has been and always will be. In business, as in the military, the only competitive advantage you can hope to achieve and sustain is your human capital.

What I've Done

George’s teams have hired over 80,000 professionals including over 2000 executives – and it isn’t completely about the numbers, it’s building the teams and processes to enable companies to meet their revenue, product and service goals as efficiently and quickly as possible.  He is known for re-building and reorganizing large global teams – many considered reclamation projects, turning those into world-class teams.  He has seen the worst and built the best.  While rebuilding teams he has helped executives assess and select better leaders – via promotion and hiring.
What They're Saying When I'm Hiring:
“When C-Level talent is critical to drive business results, George is the expert who will find exceptional talent that will “fit” the needs and specific role for your company. His best-selling book, The Talent War, highlights that it is leadership and character that distinguishes the best talent, and he should know after hiring/evaluating/assessing over 2500 executives. Many executive resumes may look good, but they may not be the right fit. We need to look beyond our network of colleagues and people we are comfortable with, they are often not the best option. George goes beyond to understand the company, the executive team and what drives the candidate to find the few candidates that are a more perfect fit. He is no nonsense leader and consultant who looks out for both the CEO and the candidate so that a terrific match is found.”

“George Randle of Randall Partners is a professional coach with practical real-world experience who has helped numerous executives to expand their thinking and approach to opportunities and roadblocks. He brings an analytical framework to issues as well as a creative mindset, making him an effective blend of partner, coach, psychologist, and strategist. As the Chief Transformation Officer of a Fortune 600 industrial firm and responsible for the commercial, operational, financial, and cultural transformation of a $4 billion business, I am faced with multiple competing priorities in a high-paced environment undergoing significant change. From the first conversation, it was clear that George's real-world experience, constructive intellect, and facilitative coaching approach would be valuable to my continued success. As a result of our work together, I’ve continued to expand my professional toolset, and become a more effective leader. I highly recommend George for anyone seeking a partner to navigate complex challenges and achieve meaningful results.”

What They're Saying When I'm Coaching:
“There are no words that are adequate to describe my and my firm’s relationship with George or my thoughts about him as a human or a professional coach. But I owe it to the greater good of the world to do my best so other people and organizations can have a better opportunity to learn from him.  My growing team of 500 people and I have been working with George Randle since 2019.  George started out as a consultant, then gradually turned into a coach, then a strategist, and a friend, and is now a lifetime brother and so much more. The value that George brings to my firm, our people, from top level executive leaders to team members of all ranks, and my own self - both professionally and personally, is immeasurable and without parallel or comparison. George has taught me how to be a better leader in ways that could not be attained through an MBA, and would be too costly to be learned on the job through trial and error. George draws from his wealth of resources and experience, ranging from serving as a military officer responsible for protecting thousands of lives, to a corporate leader running HR and Talent Acquisitions of a Global Fortune 50 firm. I could not imagine running and my growing my firm with a better coach than George Randle.”
